Samford Pony Trails

"An introductory ride on the Samford Valley Pony Trails. Suitable for any BBTA member who is confident on gravel or dirt roads and wants to experience the fun of riding cross-country trails. Route will follow some of the technically easier trails with no threatening obstacles. Ride leader will demonstrate a couple of basic skills to make off-road riding safer and more comfortable, and give the opportunity to practise these skills. Start Point the Samford Tennis Centre carpark 1 km north of the village on the road to Dayboro (Mt Samson Rd). UBD Map 106, L11. Start Time 0800 for 0815 ride off. Bikes with front suspension and wider tyres, 40 mm or 1.75 ins or wider, strongly recommended. E-bikes that meet these criteria welcome. Coffee stop during the ride. Ride will finish about 1100 am."
