Topics:
1. Making the most of Cycling Resources on the Internet
There is so much available on the internet now, some of it is useful to some people, other things are useful for other people and some stuff is just a waste of time. There are a lot of new things and a lot of things that have been around for a while and keep changing. Whether you're looking for tips on fixing your bike, planning a bike tour, or looking for tools and advice to help you improve your cycling fitness this is a huge resource. Peter Damm (the clubs web site coordinator) will present an overview of the different cycling resources available on the internet and how you can make them work for you to get more enjoyment out of cycling. There will also be time to discuss your favourite sites and how you use them. Come along to get some tips on using this great tool.
2. What do you want from the BBTA?
The world is changing, what we want from cycling is changing and what a club can offer its members is changing. The committee wants to hear from members about what they want from their club. Robert Brinkworth (club president) will lead an informal discussion for members to let the committee and other members know what they would like to see the BBTA doing. Come along and have your say.
