Noosa Supported Tour
March 13 @ 7:00 am - March 14 @ 2:00 pm
Due to the ongoing uncertainty over border closures/passes the Lismore tour has been postponed and will be replaced by the Noosa Supported Tour on the weekend of 13/14 March this year. PLUS, another big change is that the tour will start and finish in Kenilworth for the first time! This has been done to avoid the trucks on the Eumundi-Kenilworth Rd on Saturday, which have been an increasing safety issue over the last 3 years.
With the impact of COVID-19 Peter will need to get confirmed registrations and payments as early as possible, with all bookings closing & payments due Friday 26th February, two weeks prior to the ride. This ride is for BBTA members only, so if you are not a member, join now (go to www.bbta.org)! By signing on to the tour you are automatically booked into our accommodation in Noosaville. Peter also needs to know if you are staying Friday and Saturday nights, or just Saturday night so that the motel bookings can be locked in asap. Each day there are longer/shorter options for rides, suiting a wide variety of cyclists.
REGISTERING FOR THE TOUR
Email Peter Brennan at email@example.com, nominating your approximate average speed and whether you are staying for one night or two. If you have a person happy to share a room please let Peter know when registering (for a twin share 2-night stay this is essential). Also, if you have a non-riding partner who will be joining you in Noosaville for accommodation/dinner please let Peter know for bookings. Please note: Registering for the tour does not guarantee the choice of motel.
Final Registrations and payments are due by Friday 26th February: Please wait until notified of your motel.
A number of people will head up to the coast on the Friday evening before the tour, staying in Kenilworth or Noosaville. Once you register for the tour you are automatically booked into the accommodation in Noosaville at either the Anchor Motel (Anchor) Noosa River Retreat (NRR) or Villa Noosa Hotel (VNH). Noosa River Retreat is only available to those who are staying 2 nights as it is not available for a one night only booking, and is available on a first in, first served basis. Because of the later booking than usual only 10 rooms are available at NRR.
Costs are non-refundable after 26th February (unless COVID restrictions are brought in).

Riders are expected to achieve the distances stated without assistance and carrying basic food/drink requirements.
Is available in Kenilworth in the side streets. Those staying in Noosaville Friday night will need to drive to Kenilworth for the start.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
