On May 15 2024, 10 intrepid riders started off from Woodford to take in the beautiful views of the Glasshouse Mountains on a warm autumn day.

About 20km down the road we stopped at Peachester for a coffee. Such a nice place in amongst the tall tress and greenery.
We climbed up Bald Knob road and took in the magnificent scenery.
Alex led us toward the Landsborough Maleny Road for the final climb

That night we stayed in the Maleny Hotel and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. We discussed our plans for the downhill ride the next day. Check out the smiles on Carmen and Gaylene in the photos below.
But alas it was all over by 12:30 just before the rain came in.
It was a great couple of days and no doubt will be on the ride calendar again next year.
