Although January is typically a quieter month we do have three social events.
On Saturday 13th we have our Club Get Together at the Garden Room Cafe at the entrance to the Roma Street Parklands from 8 am onwards,…
Then on Sunday morning 21 st we have our Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Gardens Club Cafe in the City Botanical Gardens from 8 till 10. We expect the AGM part of the morning will only take about an hour, so there will be plenty of time to chat over coffee and breakfast if you wish to.
On Thursday afternoon 25th we have a Planning Session at the Plough Inn Southbank to populate loads of exciting rides to the calendar.
Tomorrow John Stevens has his Public Holiday East Side ride leaving from Minnippi Wetlands Skate Track carpark at 6.30 am. This is a beaut ride hugging the foreshores of Wynnum around to Wellington Point.
Also tomorrow we have Samford via the Rail Trail as an alternative to the regular Alt Oasis to Sandgate. Both leave the Crit Track at 6.30 am.
Aileen Franklin has put up two Made Easy River Loop rides for Sunday the 7th and the 21 st starting opposite the Regatta hotel at 7am.
Our regular midweek rides being the Alt Oasis to Sandgate and Thursdays Redcliffe Run and Coffee at the Beach are on the calendar to see.
Within a few days, we will send out all the info for the upcoming AGM, just 3 weeks away.
This will include Nomination forms for the Management Committee, Proxy forms for the AGM, the AGM Agenda and the Minutes of our AGM last year.
