This brisk paced ride starts from Eastside Village Shopping Centre car park, New Cleveland Road, Gumdale. Please park in the underground car park beneath the Gumdale Tavern. This car park is best accessed from Tilley Road.
We first head for Capalaba along New Cleveland Rd then follow Redland Bay Rd, then onwards to Thornlands. We head on to Cleveland via Cleveland Redland Bay Rd, and on to Cleveland Point for a short water break. Then along the regular way to Wellington Point. We return to Gumdale for optional recovery coffee at the Winegum Cafe.
The exact route will vary from week to week, with frequent visits to Wynnum Central on our way back to Gumdale, depending on weather and tide conditions.

Pace Grading: B = Brisk pace (speedo average 21-23kph)
Hill Grading : 2 = some hills (more than 2/3 of the ride is on flat terrain; steep climbs are short, and few and far between)
