Members are asked to arrive from 7.30 am and may order coffee or breakfast, before an 8am sharp start of meeting.
Our Club Annual General Meeting to be held at the City Botanical Gardens Cafe 8 am till 9 am
Nominations for the Management Committee are open and must be in writing (see below) and submitted at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
All Management Committee members will retire at the AGM, however all current officeholders except for Iain Moore (Ride Coordinator) have nominated for re-election.
We are currently seeking nominations for a new Ride Coordinator. (Please contact Paul Glennon if interested).
In addition, a new position of Member Engagement is proposed, and Ian Chant has agreed to nominate.
We would like to see more than 30 members, which has been our attendance in recent years.
There will be ample time for social chat and mingling.
