Proposed E Mobility legislation,...
As you all know, this draft Bill is currently undergoing a review by the state Government Parliamentary Committee,...as a result of significant and logical push back by Bicycle Queensland, Brisbane City Council and other local Councils. When debated and eventually enacted by the State Government, possibly as soon as July, it will effect all bike riders not just E bikes.
So, I encourage you to keep yourself informed as to how this legislation unfolds.
