I had a fabulous ride yesterday along with Meryl Perry and 5 others ambling along the Moreton Bay Loop. It took in Creek and Ocean bike paths and the premier rail trail from Kippa Ring to Petrie train stations. Well worth partaking for a beaut Sunday ride.

Peter Damm has his semi regular Glorious Esk and Woods 180 km ride on Tuesday fortnight 16th, with a shorter option of 67 km to consider. Its really about riding for endurance and learning the technique of ‘recovery’ whilst riding,... Please speak to Peter about any aspect of this ride. Kicks off 6.15 am from Ashgrove.
John Stevens has his Public Holiday East Side Ride on Boxing Day a 60 km brisk pace leaving the Minnippi Wetlands via Gumdale at 6.30 am. Please Consider.
Then on each Sunday we have Iain Moore’s Brunch Sandgate on the 7th and 21st leaving Kalinga Park at 7am,... with the alternative Sundays of the 14th and 28th Aileen Franklin’s Bayside Breeze leaving the new location of Thorneside Train Station carpark at 7.40 am,…both rides very worthy of your consideration.

The regular Saturday Arvo Ride led by Iain Moore is ON each week leaving the Windsor train station carpark at 3 pm. Please Consider.
The regular mid week rides are Tuesdays Alt. Oasis ride to Sandgate and Thursdays Coffee at the Beach to Sandgate as well and the Redcliffe Run. All rides leave the Nundah Crit track at 6.30 am except the Coffee at the Beach ride leaves at 7.30 am.

Our next Planning Meeting for 2026 its set down for Tuesday 4th February at the Charming Squire South Brisbane for 4 pm. This social event is informal to the degree we do a lot of chatting about different rides we want to do during the year, pencil in dates with the details to follow later. We are very keen to have many present to share yarns of past rides, spark ideas for new ones with a view to offer everyone something to consider. So,..Please register.
