The ultimate month and Silly Season (supposedly) to consider a couple of social events, a birthday ride with a sprinkling of other rides on offer.

So,..The Maritime Museum Southbank Club Christmas Party Saturday 14th is definitely ON.
We are all looking forward to it. Its a bring your own drinks and food (bbqs, frig, tables and chairs under cover are all there. Its $10 cash per person at the door, collected by Alex, going straight to the Museum for the venue. Kicks off at 4.30 pm and lights-out at 9.30 pm, just in time for your bedtime,...No DJ but plenty of music by our spotify selection,… so, Lets get together and enjoy the evening,..40 plus are going, with room for more,…

I’ve still got the traditional December Club Breakfast on this coming Sunday 8th at the City Botanical Gardens Cafe. Its such a beaut venue and we’ve always had a great time.
So easy to get there by bike,…so if your out and about this Sunday, please come along,..

Iain Moore has put up a number of rides to the calendar for you.
Brunch at Nudgee Beach for Sunday 15th and 29th leaving Kalinga Park at 7.30 am.
Then on Sunday 22nd leaving opposite the Regatta Hotel at 7.30 am, he leads a Toowong St Lucia Indooroopilly loop ride before a breakfast/ Coffee in Toowong.

I see the often regular Saturday Arvo ride is back on again for two rides this month. These are Saturday fortnight 21st and the one after the 28th leaving Windsor train Carpark at 3 pm.

Peter Damm has another epic training ride down for this coming Tuesday 3th called Glorious Esk and Woods leaving Suncorp Stadium at 6 am. bound for Rosewood and the train home. Great training with 180 kms and 3000 M of climbing for any endurance rides you may be considering. Shorter options are available,..see Peter about these.

Trevor Bond has put on his traditional birthday ride being a loop of Mount Coot-tha leaving Lands street at 7am this coming Saturday 7th finishing up at Granville for coffee.

The regular rides are on the Calendar to see. Tuesdays Alt Oasis and Thursdays Redcliffe Run leave the Nundah Crit track at 6.30 am with Daryl’s Coffee at the Beach Thursday ride leaving the Crit track at 7.30 am.

Club Jerseys. One of our club members has a new jersey that doesn’t quite fit. Its a Small mens long sleeve. If you would like to buy it, please message me here and I’ll forward your details on.

Now the Club AGM date is set for Sunday 2nd February at the City Botanical Gardens Cafe 8 am till 9 am. Please register your attendance. Thank you.
